This bag is hard to find preloved, as its a vintage its rare to come by!

A striking vintage Yves Saint Laurent Opium minaudière, featuring a structured cylindrical silhouette crafted in ribbed gold-tone metal. The design is finished with the iconic interlocking YSL monogram and a black and metallic-gold braided cord strap.

The hinged body opens to reveal a metallic gold leather-lined interior, making this a distinctive piece of vintage Saint Laurent evening wear.

Condition

Great condition.

Light chipping, tarnishing and surface wear to the gold-tone exterior throughout. Please note that the tassels at the sides have been removed. Only very small indentations and light marks are present to the metallic leather interior, otherwise it is in excellent condition.

The design, construction and detailing are consistent with documented vintage Yves Saint Laurent Opium minaudières.

As a vintage piece, the absence of a serial number is not unusual; serial-number conventions found on later Saint Laurent bags were not consistently used on pieces from this period.
