Returns & Refunds Policy
At Reloved Again, we want every purchase of preloved luxury fashion to feel exciting and stress-free. We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right, which is why we follow the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, offering a 14-day cooling-off period for online orders.
Cooling-Off Period & How to Notify Us
You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to let us know if you wish to return an item. Simply contact us in writing, by email, as soon as possible after receipt.
Once confirmed, you must return the goods within this same 14-day period. Returns should be sent to the address provided and must be shipped Signed For at your cost.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be received in the same condition as when delivered. This means:

All labels, tags, ribbons, seals, or stickers must remain intact.

Items should be unworn and handled with care.
If items are returned without their original condition, a £10 steaming fee may apply. Items with removed ribbons, seals, labels, or tags will not be refundable, and collection or re-shipment will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 working days. Please note: postage costs are non-refundable and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
In-Store Purchases at Our Chelsea Boutique
All purchases made in our Reloved Again Chelsea Townhouse are final sale. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases. We encourage clients to try items on before purchase. If you’re buying for a loved one, we recommend our gift vouchers as a flexible alternative.
Click & Collect Orders
Click & Collect orders must be picked up promptly. Any orders collected after 14 days of being placed are not eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
All pieces listed in our Final Sale section online are non-refundable. This includes sunglasses, scarves, jewellery, hats, and all items clearly marked as FINAL SALE – NO RETURNS.
Lost Items During Delivery
If your items are delayed or lost by Royal Mail or another courier, we will issue a full refund once the loss is confirmed officially by the carrier.
International Returns
The same 14-day window applies to international returns. Please label your parcel as RETURNED GOODS to minimise customs charges. Please note, duties and customs fees are beyond our control and remain the buyer’s responsibility. Any such charges may be deducted from your refund. If refused, the item will be returned at your expense.
Out-of-Window Returns
Items returned outside the allowed returns period cannot be refunded. However, we’re here to help; such items may either be returned to you or we can offer to resell them through our luxury consignment service in London.
