All the ladies especially Anne Marie herself, are super friendly, warm and welcoming, straightforward and honest. I found it to be a super speedy service both selling my preloved pieces and buying new items. Their Instagram stories are also super helpful when deciding if the size is right or not, plus helpful styling advice.

I have shopped both online and in person at the Townhouse. It is such a relaxed and friendly environment to shop. You can try pieces on in comfort with no pressure. Sarah is amazing and nothing is too much trouble, they will often find pieces for you which you would normally disregard which turn out to be just super, I always leave with a purchase or two. The online shop is also excellent with speedy delivery and easy returns.
