We offer complimentary click & collect from our luxury preloved boutique townhouse on the King's Road, Chelsea; one of London's most iconic destinations for second hand designer fashion and pre-owned luxury goods.

We will send you a text to let you know when your order is ready to collect. Please bring ID.

Same day courier can also be arranged within London for your preloved designer pieces; please text 07464 153 695 before 5pm to book.  

Please note: the cost of the courier is the buyer's responsibility and must be paid before the item is collected.

Any pre-owned luxury item over £3,500 will be sent via DHL; please request a quote before placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship our curated selection of preloved designer clothing, preloved luxury handbags, and pre-owned accessories worldwide using DHL. For further information, please WhatsApp us  on 07464153695.

The rates below apply to international orders up to £250. For higher-value preloved items, please contact us for a personalised quote before placing your order.

Please note: items delivered outside the UK are subject to customs fees, which remain the customer's responsibility; including on returned items.

If a parcel is rejected and returned to us, the delivery charge plus a £25 handling fee will be deducted from any refund due.
