-This is the stunning Chanel tweed romper from the 2020 Ready-To-Wear collection: It was Virginie Viard’s first main ready-to-wear collection after Karl Lagerfeld’s passing earlier that year.

-The creative inspiration for this collection drew from the mood of French “Nouvelle Vague” (New Wave) cinema of the 1950s and 1960s — a period that celebrated spontaneous movement, youthful energy, and natural, unforced style.

-Jean-Luc Godard’s “Breathless” (for its Parisian sense of youth culture) and the general ethos of French cinematic freedom — casual, effortless, and imbued with everyday elegance were big references for this collection, seen in playful styles such as this romper and using fresh pastel colour schemes

-This romper features blazer style details such as lapels and a double breasted fastening with iconic buttons, typical of this Maison, down the front.

-It’s lined in a pastel pink CC branded lining. 

-The iconic tweed is in an orange, pink blue and black colour scheme, making this piece a beautiful pop of colour for your spring wardrobe. 

-Features two breast pockets and short style details.
