This is the 2005 Chanel Cruise collection Coco Blazer, also known fore being the iconic blazer that the character Andrea Sacks wears after her "makeover" scene in the movie "The Devil Wears Prada (2006)". Its absolutely gorgeous and your classic Karl Lagerfeld-era blazer. 

This icon features a double breasted fastening at the front, with rows of Chanel CC embosses Maison Dreyfus buttons, a staple feature of the brand. The blazer is completed with two front pockets and a breast pocket, finished with a "Coco" crest design made of beaded embroidery . What sets this blazer apart from other Chanel blazers of the era is the stunning silver boucle trim to the lapels, pocket edges, hems and cuffs, compklementing the artisanal buttons. T

Finished with lapels and tailoring details to the waist that Karl Lagerfeld was renowned for, the jacket  is also features buttons on the cuffs and the staple chain to the bottom of the piece, weighing down the drape. Fully lined with Chanel branded lining.
