A striking Dolce & Gabbana black and white polka dot midi dress, combining a timeless monochrome print with decorative jewelled buttons for a distinctive finish.

Cut in a softly structured, loose-fitting silhouette, the dress features a collared neckline, long sleeves and a coordinating self-fabric belt that can be tied at the waist to create a more defined shape.
