This stunning navy blue top by Oscar de la Renta is so glamorous and chic.  It’s sleeveless with a halterneck style fit and is a flowy fit due to the lightweight nature to the luxurious silk. What stands out about this too is the gorgeous fastening: a gold chain that fastens onto, and drapes down from, the two gold buttons on the neckline.
