Silk black evening top from ISSA, featuring loose 3/4 sleeves with a stunning bronze embellished trimming, a straight neckline, and a 'tiered' hem. Perfect party or evening top. Very oversized, one size fits all. Can be styled differently for different sizes. For smaller sizes this can be worn as a dress in the summer or for larger sizes to achieve a 'dress look' it can be paired with a black mini skirt underneath.
